We're tiptoeing into cessation of Judah's thumb sucking. It's tough for both us and him! Today, while snuggling on the couch, I kindly told him that if he didn't work hard at not sucking his thumb, Mommy would have to put something that didn't taste very good on it. He contemplated hard for a few moments, then asked with a cute quizzical look, "Ba-sghetti?" He's not a fan of spaghetti. Can you tell?
When laying down for our afternoon nap, Judah asked, "Are the people going to come back?" (in reference to our out-of-town guests). I said yes, but that they were seeing Washington DC today. He thought for a moment then asked, "Why are they washing the sea?"
